Medicolegal Interests

OMR work with the clinical teams at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Oxford University on discovering new techniques that optimise early diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Some investigations and therapies that are now routine in the UK were first carried out by our team. Our current research interests include studies on:


Tendon injury, Hip Impingement, early diagnosis of Arthritis, Metal on Metal Hip Replacement (first described by our Group!) and Sports Injury Treatment.
